At least 7 years in senior leadership positions, with a proven track record of managing high-performing pre-sales organizations.
A demonstrated track record of success in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, ideally within organizations generating $100M+ in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
10+ years in senior customer-facing management roles, backed by a strong understanding of Enterprise sales methodologies and SaaS business models.
A solid foundation in DevSecOps, agile development, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure, with specific domain expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Demonstrated capability in organizational planning and execution, with the ability to lead complex change management in a growing enterprise.
Advantageous experience in the technical sales of hybrid solutions (On-prem & SaaS) to meet customers wherever they are in their journey.
A Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably with a major in Computer Science or Engineering.
Open to remote work for candidates outside a reasonable commuting distance to the Sunnyvale or Atlanta office.
At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
This position has a base salary range between $280,000 to $310,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
