• A resume builder with 20 ATS-optimised templates designed for remote job seekers.
• A salary benchmark tool covering 50+ job categories and global compensation data.

• Job alert emails and newsletter subscriptions (opt-in only).

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue features at any time.

Some features of RemoteJobs.co.in require you to create an account. When registering:

• You must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information is grounds for account termination.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

Violations of acceptable use may result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

We manually review every job listing before it goes live and work hard to ensure listings are accurate, current, and genuinely remote. However:

• We do not guarantee that every listing remains accurate or open throughout its publication period. Job positions can be filled or withdrawn quickly.
• Salary ranges are provided by employers and/or verified against market data, but are not guaranteed to be the final offered compensation.
• We are not a party to any employment agreement between you and an employer. We do not guarantee job placement or interview outcomes.
• You should exercise your own judgement when applying to any position. Research companies independently before sharing personal information or accepting offers.
• If you encounter a listing that appears fraudulent or misleading, please report it immediately using the "Report this listing" link on the job page.

The RemoteJobs.co.in platform — including its design, code, editorial content, salary data compilations, visa guides, and company profiles — is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your data is yours. Resumes you create with our builder, your profile information, and your saved jobs belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and display this data to provide the service, but we do not claim ownership over content you create.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or republish our content — including job listings, salary benchmarks, or visa guides — without express written permission.

Your use of RemoteJobs.co.in is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

RemoteJobs.co.in is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including:

• No guarantee of job placement. Using our platform does not guarantee you will receive interviews, offers, or employment.
• Salary data is informational. Salary benchmarks are based on reported and estimated figures. Actual compensation depends on negotiation, experience, company, and market conditions.
• Visa information is informational. Our visa navigator provides general guidance based on publicly available information. Immigration law changes frequently; always verify with an official source or qualified immigration lawyer before making decisions.
• Uptime is not guaranteed. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RemoteJobs.co.in and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of income, data, or opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000 — whichever is greater.
