Compensation Program Design: Utilize expertise to design innovative and competitive compensation programs that align with and support the company's business strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across various functions to plan, develop, implement, and administer compensation programs.
8–10+ years of progressive experience in compensation or closely related analytical roles, ideally in high‑growth technology or similarly dynamic environments.
Deep understanding of compensation principles and practices across base pay, bonus, and equity (including program design, job architecture, ranges, market benchmarking, and pay equity).
Demonstrated strength in quantitative analysis and modeling, including advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (e.g., modeling, scenario analysis, data visualization).
Experience partnering with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to support comp cycles, offers, promotions, and budgeting.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and making thoughtful tradeoffs among market alignment, internal equity, performance, and budget.
Familiarity with Greenhouse, Workday, Pave or Compa a plus
