The Benefits Partner is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for administering global benefits programs and owning the end-to-end delivery of the company’s global Leave of Absence (LOA) programs across the U.S., Canada, Germany, Mexico, UK, Germany, Poland, Taiwan, and India.
This role serves as the primary owner of global LOA operations and execution, ensuring compliant, consistent, and employee-centric leave experiences across regions. In addition, this role supports U.S. and global benefits administration, with a strong focus on compliance, audits, and operational excellence. This role partners closely with senior Benefits leadership to align on benefits, mobility, and immigration strategy, while owning day-to-day execution and program delivery across all three areas.
This role is open to candidates residing in the US except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C.
The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff, and ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance, subject to plan terms and conditions.
