Stitch Fix (NASDAQ: SFIX) is the leading online personal styling service that helps people discover the styles they will love that fit perfectly so they always look - and feel - their best. Few things are more personal than getting dressed, but finding clothing that fits and looks great can be a challenge. Stitch Fix solves that problem. By pairing expert stylists with best-in-class AI and recommendation algorithms, the company leverages its assortment of exclusive and national brands to meet each client's individual tastes and needs, making it convenient for clients to express their personal style without having to spend hours in stores or sifting through endless choices online. Stitch Fix, which was founded in 2011, is headquartered in San Francisco.
At Stitch Fix, our Fulfillment Platform & Logistics team sits within the Digital Supply Networks organization, building the systems and decisioning that connect inventory, orders, transportation, and fulfillment execution. Our work helps ensure we have the right inventory to meet client needs, supports more personalized client experiences through a capable and flexible orders platform, and enables our Operations team to drive transportation and labor efficiency.
In this role, you’ll work alongside engineers, data scientists, and product managers to solve complex problems across supply chain, logistics, and order flow.
About the Role
At Stitch Fix, our operations model is not a standard retail playbook. We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for the systems, workflows, and decision tools that help teams move inventory efficiently, make smart tradeoffs, and deliver great client experiences while operating within clear financial targets.
This role sits at the intersection of software, data, and physical operations. You’ll partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Finance to identify high-impact opportunities, translate operational needs into product strategy, and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, decision quality, and business performance.
Success in this role comes less from having seen the exact same system before and more from being able to learn quickly, think from first principles, build trust across technical and non-technical partners, and go deep enough on the underlying systems to drive strong decisions.
Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance. This position is eligible for an annual bonus, and new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units, depending on employee and company performance. In addition, the position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. Applicants should apply via our internal or external careers site.
