Own the Growth Engine: Lead the strategy and execution for acquisition and retention loops, including referral/affiliate programs, win-back flows, and gamification mechanics (e.g., mystery boxes and trading competitions).
Optimize Core Trading: Own end-to-end development for trading experiences. You’ll ensure that once a user is "grown" into the app, they encounter the most intuitive and efficient spot and derivative trading flows in the onchain ecosystem.
Master the Engagement Loop: Co-own high-intent systems like Watchlists and Price Alerts with the Trading team, using them as hooks to drive users back into the app via a sophisticated, ML-driven push notification and CRM strategy.
Experiment at Scale: Drive a rigorous data-driven culture by running A/B tests on onboarding funnels, abandonment flows, and notification delivery to continuously improve conversion and execution quality.
Build Growth Infrastructure: Oversee the "Growth Platform," including the ML/policy layer for intelligent notifications, attribution tracking for paid marketing, and the Activity Tab UX.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to balance "0-to-1" trading primitives with "1-to-N" growth optimizations. Partner with Legal, Growth, and Finance to ensure all growth incentives and trading features meet global compliance and liquidity standards.
