You’ve experienced architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact
Experience managing technical roadmap and driving organizational engineering excellence
Experience building or scaling systems related to subscription/membership/promotion products, or growth levers.
Experience with growth metrics (e.g. conversion, activation, retention, engagement) and A/B testing frameworks
Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human-in-the-loop practices to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
