As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting some of Coinbase Institutional’s highest priority clients and working on initiatives to deliver an excellent client experience.
You will partner with Senior Account Managers and Management to help support large and complex relationships across client segments including asset managers, banks, corporates and more.
Understand complex, multi-product client workflows and strategies to ensure that our institutional clients are integrated appropriately and use our product suite efficiently with a focus on Coinbase Prime.
This role will involve you working closely with cross functional partners including Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance and Operations to onboard clients and ensure they are supported across our full institutional product suite.
You’ll provide a best in class experience for our clients through effective stakeholder management, conclusive prioritization and efficient execution across initiatives.
Effectively triage, manage and prioritize incoming client requests. Handle requests through to resolution with limited support, including delegating across teams of subject matter specialists.
Facilitate product demo calls, serving as subject matter specialist on product features in partnership with Sales.
Distill client feedback to internal teams including Operations, Engineering and Product when surfacing feature requests and manage client expectations.
Manage client related and team projects diligently and efficiently driving towards results that deliver on the client experience and efficiency.
