Strong international communications experience
- 5+ years of experience with a proven track record delivering earned media and strategic communications in global markets, ideally within fintech, crypto, financial services, or a highly regulated environment.
Strong understanding of news cycles, messaging discipline, and reputation management, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and sensitive situations.
Ability to partner with senior leaders and multiple internal teams, manage complexity across regions, and deliver clear, consistent narratives across diverse markets.
Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human-in-the-loop practices to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
