5 - 7+ years proven program or project management experience, preferably within Legal Operations or a related field.
Direct experience supporting a fast-paced Institutional Sales or similar B2B client-facing team, with a deep understanding of their contracting needs and priorities.
Expert-level hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, specifically Ironclad.
Strong working knowledge of legal technology, including AI tooling for contract review and data extraction and analytics (e.g., Evisort).
Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Demonstrated experience with data management, reporting, and building data models for contracts or other structured business data.
Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human-in-the-loop practices to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
