We drive Coinbase’s mission of bringing the world onchain by building features, products and mission critical systems that enable user growth such as: incentives platform, notifications platform, logged-out web experience, SEO, new user onboarding and more. We ensure that Coinbase is the easiest, safest, and fastest way to buy, hold, and trade Crypto assets, and ensure we deliver the best experience to our millions of users globally.

The Growth org builds features, products and systems that repeatedly and predictably drive user growth, through rapid and systematic execution. As a growth org, we take a holistic view of the user’s Coinbase journey, with teams focused on user acquisition, engagement and retention.
